Terms of Reference 2024-2025

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall work under the following specific terms of reference:

• Annually review the WRDECE Local Constitution, following the established process and timeline for the submission of resolutions.
• Call out for and receive resolutions for the WRDECE Local annually, following the established process and timeline.
• Review the Federation Constitution and, when required, make recommendations for resolutions to be submitted to the Federation Annual Meeting, annually, following the established process and timeline.
• Call out for and receive resolutions for the Federation Annual meeting, following the established process and timeline.
• On an as needed basis, review the WRDECE Reference Handbook, with recommendations for changes to the Local Executive for consideration.
• Review committee/program Terms of Reference annually, as required.

The Constitution and Bylaws Committee shall also work under the General Terms of Reference as laid out in the WRDECE Local Reference Handbook, as these reflect the fundamental beliefs that guide the actions of the Local.
