Hey Permanent DECE Members!  Are you turning 65 years young in the next six months?  It is very important for you to read and follow the information listed below and send the form four (4) months before you turn sixty-five (65).   When you send in your form to the Local Union Office, it initiates the process to stop your LTD premium payments from your paycheque!  The Vice-President/Treasurer is tasked with the job of informing HR eighty (80) working days before a DECE member turns 65 to stop the LTD payments, the DECE member can not do this themselves.  Please remember that July and August do not count as working days for DECEs.
